The Archdiocese of the United States is the Metropolitan See of the Old Catholic Church in the United States, the national canonical jurisdiction recognized by the Old Catholic Confederation. There are currently four Suffragan Dioceses and four Vicariates subject to the Metropolitan See, including the Diocese of Pennsylvania, Diocese of New York, Diocese of Missouri and the Diocese of California. There is also the Vicariate for the U.S. Military Services.
There are also two National Vicariates that fall directly under the authority of the Primate: The Vicariate of Italy and Malta and the Vicariate of Great Britain and Ireland.
His Grace, The Most Rev. Dr. Craig J. N. de Paulo, Primate of the Old Catholic Confederation, is the Metropolitan-Archbishop of the United States and Diocesan Bishop of Pennsylvania.

The Diocese of California is a Suffragan Diocese within the Archdiocese of the United States.
Currently, the Diocese of California is a vacant see under His Excellency, The Rt. Rev. Charles F. C. Tobin, S.T.M., Bishop of New Jersey, who serves as Apostolic Administrator for the Diocese of California, until the Election and Appointment of the Second Bishop of California.

The Diocese of New York is a Suffragan Diocese within the Archdiocese of the United States.
His Grace, The Most Rev. Peter Paul Brennan was Bishop of New York from 2013 until his death in 2016.
